Tamale Pie

This hearty dish brings all the delicious flavors of a tamale to a homestyle baked dinner like shepherd’s pie. A cornmeal crust covers ground turkey, pinto beans, black olives and cilantro and topped with sharp cheddar cheese.  Gluten free.
