The best of our farmer’s market finds plus quinoa! Thinly sliced beetroot, radish and blanched green beans over kale with a little sprinkle of fresh mint. Buttermilk dressing on the side.
Pomegranate, Radicchio, Orange and Feta Salad
A delicious mix of bitter, sweet and savoury flavours! Radicchio contains inulin, a prebiotic, which helps with digestion. I have added lightly toasted walnuts and mint for added flavor and healthy fats. The dressing on the side is a dijon, red wine vinegar, and honey blend.
Osso Bucco with Creamy Cauliflower Mash
