Conway’s Pasta Salad

Pasta salads are one of our favorite sides at backyard BBQs. This traditional side dish steps up to the plate as an entree boasting big flavor from crispy Pancetta, fresh sweet summer corn, tri color bell peppers, green olives, capers, fresh basil and crunchy pine nuts.  We toss with a fresh ground black pepper Dijon vinaigrette.  Conway prefer’s traditional shell pasta because they capture all this briny, bacony goodness in their little pockets of joy.
