Braised Carrots and Parsnips

Gorgeous organic carrots and parsnips roasted in a shallot orange thyme sauce.  Finished with a pinch of red pepper flakes and fresh parsley.

Served in a 9″ x 11″ catering pan and feeds 6.

All Thanksgiving sides will be delivered on Wednesday.
