Dips

Savannah Sin – A delicious blend of cheeses, ham,
scallion all in a warm sourdough bread boule.

Warm Crab Dip– Lump crab, shallots, creole seasonings,
and white cheddar mixed into a whole grain bread boule.

Greek Salsa– Everything salsa but Greek style! A fresh
and light mix of kalamata olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, and fresh oregano. House
made pita bread chips used for dipping.

Hors d’oeuvres

Crispy Asparagus Straws – Prosciutto,
phyllo dough and a touch of parmesan wrapped around asparagus stems.

Shrimp Gumbo Skewers– Skewered prawns, grape tomato, squash, and okra all grilled. Creole dipping sauce
on the side.

Southern Pimento Cheese– Our southern treat. 
Vintage white cheddar, chopped roasted pepper and mayo mixed to the perfect consistency
of deliciousness.

Pickled Shrimp– A touch of spice with dry mustard, vinegars
and fresh herbs for the perfect summer snack. Eat plain, with cucumbers or on a
saltine cracker. Yum!

Entrees

Asian Meatballs– These lighter pork meatballs have an
Asian flair of zip with tamari and cilantro. Served with blanched snow peas and
a touch of Maldon Sea Salt Flakes.

Beef Tenderloin– A must have for any event. Cooked to a perfect rare temperature to make a melt in your
mouth bite. Always good for a dinner or simply the best sandwiches.

Orzo Pasta – We have two!  Shrimp Orzo or Roasted Vegetable Orzo.  Both have fresh herbs, both with a lemony dressing, and both with sheep’s milk feta chunks.  Large pink shrimp?  Or roasted eggplant, colorful bell peppers, and red onion?

Sides and Salads

G&H Chicken Salad– This is
where G&H all started. Our first clients 20 years ago wanted this here
chicken salad. Delicious chicken chunks, a touch of mayo, a hint of sesame oil,
crunchy celery, scallions, cilantro and red grapes. Divine!

Tarragon Shrimp Salad– Fresh
tarragon and our large prawns mixed with a Dijon mayo for a distinct beautiful summer flare.

Mac and Cheese– Our house made béchamel sauce with
vintage white cheddar and macaroni noodles topped with house made breadcrumbs
and cheese baked. A creamy middle with a crunch top!

Italian Panzanella with Grilled Chicken or Shrimp – Our delicious house made croutons soak up the champagne dressing goodness.  Plus the fresh summer crunch of red and yellow bell peppers, cucumber, ripe tomatoes, and fresh basil.  Add the protein of your choice and you have the perfect summer meal.

G&H Blueberry Salad – Organic
spinach leaves topped with firm ripe bursts of organic blueberries, soft goat’s
cheese, toasted walnuts, and slices of avocado. Our house made champagne vinaigrette on the
side.

Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken
Crisp romaine lettuce leaves, strips of Parmesan Reggiano cheese, house made croutons,
and perfectly grilled lemon chicken breasts with our authentic Caesar dressing
on the side.

Sweet Treats

Cookie Tray– Chocolate chip, Greek Butter, Ginger Molasses
and Lemon Cookies

Blueberry Breakfast Cake– Moist
buttermilk blueberry cake that says breakfast but is delicious anytime.

Granola– Our house made granola with pecans,
almonds, whole rolled oats, unsweetened coconut, a touch of honey and brown sugar for sweetness.  Baked to a golden crunch.

Raspberry White Chocolate Bread Pudding
A southern staple for any special occasion. No need for a cake with this beauty
as the star. Made with fresh raspberries, brioche bread and white chocolate.  She’s then topped with a white chocolate sauce and a raspberry coulis.  All made in house from scratch.  

Peach Cobbler – Fresh Georgia peaches, almond slivers and lovely amaretto with
a delicious mouthwatering buttery cobbler topping.
