Wooden Bowl Salad

The “Wooden Bowl Salad” was coined at the turn of the century to denote a salad of raw, fresh vegetables served before a meal or in a special wooden bowl on the side. The G&H Wooden bowl salad features romaine lettuce, tomatoes, salad radish, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, hard boiled egg, cheddar cheese, and sprouts then topped with slivers of fresh herbs and served with a garlic red wine vinaigrette on the side.
