Lighten Up Clam Chowder

This lighter, summery version of a classic seafood dish reminds us to slow down and get comfy. Summer is churning away but there is still time to lighten up and enjoy something simple. Rustic potatoes, clams, and fresh corn swimming in a herbaceous vegetable broth.  AND instead of milk, we are using an alternative of macadamia nut milk and oat milk.
