Healthier Chicken Parmesan

Our version of this typically carb heavy classic utilizes zucchini noodles mixed with whole wheat pasta to cut down on carbohydrates and bring in a serving of an antioxidant rich vegetable.  A lean chicken breast, breaded and baked, served with zucchini noodles and whole wheat pasta then topped with a classic tomato sauce and fresh buffalo mozzarella.
