Braised Pork Tamale Burrito Bowls

Some consider pork to be the healthiest of lean red meats. This is because the fat in pork contains more unsaturated fats than beef or lamb, meaning there are more omega-3 fatty acids available. Our tamale burrito bowls feature lean pork shoulder rubbed in spices and chiles then braised slow and low until tender.  Creamy corn polenta provides the base for black beans, fresh corn, and piles of shredded pork and topped with shredded cheddar cheese. Served with avocado, cilantro, and a side of pineapple salsa.  Gluten free.
